My name is Mark Skipper and I am a professional artist of seven years and counting. As with every other artist in the world today (I'm sure), I have been creating art ever since I could hold a pencil.
I studied at Norwich City College in England long enough to realize that art is within yourself and that you need NO training to create it if what you do comes from your heart and soul.
Life has led me to the path of tattooing and kept me on it for five years now. Although I am a tattoo artist from nine to five, I do specialize in several other areas including paint and digital art.
